About the Recipe

Ingredients
Quinoa (Soaked & boiled)
1 Avocado chopped
1 Red onion chopped
1 Tomato finely chopped
Handful of cilantro, chopped
¼ cup Jalapeno
½ cup black beans (boiled)
For Seasoning - as required (salt, pepper, lime juice)
Preparation
Add cooked quinoa, all the chopped vegetables, and black beans to a bowl.
Toss with sea salt, pepper, and plenty of lime juice.
Serve it
