Mexican Quinoa Salad

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • Quinoa (Soaked & boiled)

  • 1 Avocado chopped

  • 1 Red onion chopped

  • 1 Tomato finely chopped

  • Handful of cilantro, chopped

  • ¼ cup Jalapeno

  • ½ cup black beans (boiled)

  • For Seasoning - as required  (salt, pepper, lime juice)

Preparation

  • Add cooked quinoa, all the chopped vegetables, and black beans to a bowl. 

  • Toss with sea salt, pepper, and plenty of lime juice. 

  • Serve it
