Millet noodle green soup

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-2 pack millet noodles (boiled)

  • 4 garlic cloves, grated

  • 1 small onion, chopped fine

  • 3-4 cups vegetable stock

  • 1 tsp pink himalayan salt

  • ½ cabbage, shredded

  • ¼ cup chopped spring onion greens

  • ½-1 cup finely chopped red & yellow bell pepper

  • 1 green capsicum, finely chopped

Preparation

  • Roast the garlic and onion in a pan, until brown. 

  • Add vegetable stock and bring it to a boil. 

  • Add boiled noodles and salt and cook for 3 minutes.

  • Add cabbage and spring onion greens, and boil it altogether.

  • Add red & yellow bell pepper into it & turn off the heat.

  •  Serve hot.
