One cup diced pineapple has more than 100% of your daily value of cell-protecting, collagen-making vitamin C. In addition to large amounts of vitamin C and manganese, pineapples add to your daily value of vitamin B6, copper, thiamin, folate, potassium, magnesium, niacin, riboflavin, and iron. Similarly ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory & anti bacterial properties.
1 Cup cubed pineapple
2 Tablespoons sliced fresh ginger
Few mint leaves (optional)
4 Cups of water
Fill a mason jar with ice and add the ingredients listed above. Then, fill the jar with water. Soak those in the water for at least 4–6 hours before drinking.
