  • Pineapple chunks - 5no

  • ¼ cup fresh coconut

  • Ice - as required

  • Water - as required

Preparation

Fill a mason jar with ice, pineapple, and coconut. Fill to top with water. Refill with more water until the fruit flavour is gone.
