Mixed Sprouts, fruits and veggie salad

About the Recipe


  • 1 cup mix boiled sprouts(chana,matki,moong)

  • ½ cup green apple

  • ½ cup black grapes halves

  • ½ cup grated radish

  • ½ cup  grated carrot

  • ½ cup shredded iceberg lettuce

  • Salt to taste

  • To be mixed into a dressing

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves

  • ¼ tbsp mustard powder

  • Salt to taste


Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and toss well.  add dressing and serve the mixed sprouts fruits and veggie salad
