Stress Management techniques 5. Supplement plan 6. Guide Juice fasting 7. Access to wholesome & nourishing recipes, handouts & shopping guide. *This plan includes 4 sessions of 30 minutes each, over 3 months. Assigned Clinician for the handholding during the program Interim assessment for any course correction Whatspp support P.S 1. The cost of this plan does not include the cost of tests & any supplementation that you will need. 2. Program fee for participants based outside India is different. It is 350$.
