About the Recipe
Oats are the most heart-healthy protein rich grain, loaded with soluble and dietary fibre, great for the digestive system and the arteries. Oats also contain antioxidants, abundant in phytochemicals that have an anti-cancer effect.
1/3 Cup jowar rava
1/2 Cup gluten free rolled oats flour
1 Small onion chopped
1 Carrot grated
2 Tbsp. grated beetroot
1 Tbsp. chopped capsicum
2 Tsp ginger garlic paste
Cold pressed coconut oil / A2 Ghee
Mix all ingredients except A2 ghee and make a paste.
Keep this for 30 mins. So that oats and jowar rava become soft.
Now grease a griddle and make Cheela.
Enjoy with tomato chutney and Dal.
