Sprouted Moong chaat

About the Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups sprouted moong beans

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 potato, steamed and cubed

  • 1 onion finely chopped

  • 1 tomato diced

  • 1 cucumber diced

  • Lemon juice to taste

  • ½ tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tbsp grated coconut

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

  • Dry mango powder to taste

  • Chaat masalato taste

Preparation

Steam the sprouted moong beans with a pinch of turmeric for about 15 minutes. Add in the rest of the ingredients, toss it & Serve
