Raw banana cutlet

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Raw bananas (steamed & peeled)

  • 2 sweet potatoes (steamed & peeled)

  • Chopped green chilli 1 tsp

  • 1 tbsp coriander powder

  • Pink himalayan salt to taste

  • 2-3 tbsp Ghee / Coconut oil

  • 1tbsp kuttu ka atta

Preparation

  1. In a bowl combine all the ingredients together to form a soft dough.

  2. Shape like tikkis and pan-cook them until crispy and golden brown.

  3. Serve hot with green chutney
