Masala Bhel

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 cups roasted puffed brown rice

  • ½ cup finely chopped onions

  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes, finely chopped

  • 2 small unpeeled cucumbers, finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 

  • ½ tsp pink himalayan salt

  • 2 green chillies, chopped

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves, for the garnish

Preparation

Toss all ingredients together until everything is coated with the seasonings. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
