Cacao Banana energy bowl

About the Recipe


  • 1 cups banana

    • 150 ml unsweetened almond milk

    • 1 tsp maca

    • ½  tsp vanilla

    • ½ tsp cinnamon powder

    • 2 tbsp soaked chia seed

    • 1tsp almond butter

    • 2 tsp shredded coconut

  • Date puree to taste (optional)


  • Place almond milk and half the bananas, blend until smooth and creamy. Then add remaining bananas, cacao, vanilla, cinnamon and date puree as desired.

  • Transfer to serving bowls and add chia seeds, shredded coconut as topping
