GREEN DETOX LEMONADE

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 2 stalks celery

  • ½ cup kale

  • 1 piece ginger root

  • 1 medium sized apples

  • 1 lemon whole

  • Water as required

Preparation

  1. Wash all the ingredients well and pat dry.

  2. Cut fruit and vegetables into 1-2 inch chunks.

  3. Place all ingredients in a juicer.

  4. Blend into the juice until smooth paste
