Orange ginger detox

About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Large carrot

  • 2 Oranges

  • 1/2 inch raw turmeric (crushed)

  • 1/2 inch ginger (crushed)

  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)

Preparation

  • Juice the orange and carrot separately.

  • Pour the juice in a blender, add turmeric and ginger.

  • Blend for 30 seconds and then squeeze half lemon.

  • Strain and serve.
