Using the ancient methods, the A2 milk from grass fed cows is boiled in Mitti Haandi and then overnight curd is set. Using Wooden Churner, the curd is churned to get makkhan which is then boiled in mitti haandi on cow dung cakes to get purest form of Cow ghee.
This process is know as Bilona method. This ghee is made in small batches and sourced by us.
